We buy homes
A private, considered alternative to listing.
I buy select homes directly when simplicity, privacy, or timing matters more than a traditional market launch. We begin with the property, your priorities, and an honest comparison of both paths.

Homes by V / Seattle + Eastside
Who this is for
You would prefer to sell without staging, remodeling, open houses, or a traditional listing. The home may be occupied, vacant, dated, or in need of significant work; its condition is simply part of the conversation.
How it differs from listing
A listing creates broader market exposure and may produce a higher price. A direct sale can offer greater privacy, simplicity, and control over timing. I will show you the tradeoffs clearly so you can choose the path that serves you.
About selling as-is
- Are you a real estate agent, a designer, a builder—or all three?
- All three. I am a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams and a licensed, insured, and bonded Washington general contractor, with a background in architecture and construction management. You can work with me for real estate, design and building, or a thoughtful combination of services.
- Where do you work?
- Seattle and the Eastside, including Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, and nearby communities. If your home falls just outside that area, reach out and I will let you know whether I am the right fit.
- Do you buy homes as-is?
- Yes. If you prefer not to list, stage, or renovate, we can explore a direct sale to me. It is a personal evaluation rather than an instant online offer, followed by a clear conversation about the home, price, and timing.
- How does selling directly to you compare with listing?
- A listing brings broader market exposure and may produce a higher price. A direct sale can offer more privacy, fewer preparations, and greater control over timing. I will explain the tradeoffs clearly, including when I believe listing is the stronger choice.
- How do we start?
- Call or text me, use the guided questions if you are still deciding where to begin, or send a short note through the contact page. A neighborhood, a timeline, and what you are considering are enough for a first conversation.
