Remodel

Reimagine the home you have for the way you want to live.

I lead kitchens, baths, and whole-home renovations as your designer and builder. The work begins with your daily life, while keeping long-term value in view.

Who this is for

You value the home and the neighborhood, but the kitchen, a bathroom, or the larger layout no longer supports daily life. You want to improve it with intention rather than move by default.

What I do

I lead design, permitting, construction, and sequencing as one accountable partner. My Washington general contractor license, insurance, and bond support the work behind that promise—from early decisions through completion and, one day, resale.

A quick read

What does this remodel usually mean?

Choose a kitchen, bathroom, whole-home project, or simply “not sure.” I will outline the decisions, disruption, and value considerations that typically come with it.

What are you thinking of changing?

If you are not sure, say so. That is a normal first conversation.

For planning purposes only. This is not an appraisal, CMA, construction estimate, or offer.

Homeowners usually ask

Are you a real estate agent, a designer, a builder—or all three?
All three. I am a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams and a licensed, insured, and bonded Washington general contractor, with a background in architecture and construction management. You can work with me for real estate, design and building, or a thoughtful combination of services.
Where do you work?
Seattle and the Eastside, including Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, and nearby communities. If your home falls just outside that area, reach out and I will let you know whether I am the right fit.
Do you pull permits?
Yes, whenever the scope requires them. I am a licensed general contractor, and I want the work to stand up to inspection, future resale, and the expectations you should have of your home.
How is this different from hiring a handyman?
The difference is scope, insurance, permitting, and accountability. A handyman may be right for a small punch list; kitchens, bathrooms, layout changes, and building systems call for coordinated construction led by a licensed general contractor.
What if I remodel now and want to sell in a few years?
Tell me early. I will still design a home that feels personal, while weighing the choices through the eyes of a future buyer. That balance is one of the advantages of working with an agent who also designs and builds.

Tell me what works in your home—and what no longer does.
