Your next move, beautifully considered.

Buy, sell, or reimagine your home with one trusted advisor—from real estate strategy through design and build.

One point of view

Real estate advisor, designer, and builder—one perspective from the first conversation to the final detail.

A home is both an asset and a place to live.

I consider market value, design potential, construction realities, and the way you want to live—all in one conversation. The result is a clearer decision and a more coherent path forward.

One accountable perspective

Real estate, design, and build decisions considered together.

The perspective behind the work

Meet Vaishnavi

The person behind every decision.

My background spans architecture, construction management, real estate, and product leadership. It taught me to see the full opportunity, anticipate complexity, and carry decisions through.

When you reach out, you work directly with me from start to finish.

A quieter path

I also buy homes as-is.

If a traditional listing is not right for your timing or your home, I can offer a direct, considered path to an as-is sale—and an honest comparison before you decide.

Questions, answered

Clarity before commitment.

Are you a real estate agent, a designer, a builder—or all three?
All three. I am a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams and a licensed, insured, and bonded Washington general contractor, with a background in architecture and construction management. You can work with me for real estate, design and building, or a thoughtful combination of services.
Should I remodel before I list?
Sometimes. Paint, staging, and a dated bathroom may be worthwhile; a full kitchen in a neighborhood that will not reward it may not be. I evaluate the decision as both your agent and a builder, then recommend the work only when the market supports it.
Do you buy homes as-is?
Yes. If you prefer not to list, stage, or renovate, we can explore a direct sale to me. It is a personal evaluation rather than an instant online offer, followed by a clear conversation about the home, price, and timing.
