Vaishnavi Nevrekar — affectionately known as “V” — brings a rare blend of architectural insight, construction expertise, and product innovation to every project she leads. Her mission: to help homeowners transform spaces with intention, precision, and lasting value.

Rooted in a family deeply involved in construction, V’s passion for design began early. She earned her Bachelor’s in Architecture, followed by a Master’s in Construction Management from the University of Washington, building a foundation that bridges creative vision and technical mastery.

Before founding Homes by V, she led large-scale commercial construction projects across the Bay Area and Seattle as a Project Engineer and Manager at DPR Construction, one of the nation’s most respected builders. She later joined Amazon as a Senior Product Manager, where she tackled complex challenges in the retail division. This blend of architectural vision, construction discipline, and product innovation honed her ability to balance creativity, logic, and execution — the same qualities that define her approach to home transformation today.

Now, as a licensed, insured, and bonded General Contractor and Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams, V merges her global perspective with local expertise. She partners with homeowners and investors to reimagine properties through strategic, design-driven renovations that elevate both beauty and value.
