I’m V. I see the whole home.

I’m Vaishnavi Nevrekar—most people call me V. I guide clients through the full life of a home: buying it, selling it, and reimagining it. My dual licenses let me connect market strategy with the realities of design and construction.

I grew up around construction and studied architecture before completing a Master’s in Construction Management at the University of Washington. My career includes project engineering and management at DPR Construction in the Bay Area and Seattle, followed by product leadership at Amazon. That combination shapes how I work: with vision, rigor, and follow-through.

I work as your real estate advisor, designer, and builder. I am also a Keller Williams agent and a licensed, insured, and bonded Washington general contractor. From the first conversation onward, you work directly with me.
